  Should you decide to complete the sale, a 50% deposit 
  of the price of the sign will be required, and the balance 
  will be due upon completion and prior to delivery. 
  If you decide to cancel the order, the deposit will not be 
  refundable, if design time was involved and materials were 
  ordered.

  This necessary for all buyers that we cannot meet with and 
  that live outside our normal working area. 
  We also reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone at 
  any time. 
  If you have a design completed and ready, I will look at 
  it and discuss it with you. 
  Send intial image, no larger than 200 pixels wide or 200 
  pixels high or make it 20Kb or less. 

  Anything larger sent for first preview will not be received.
  If it is something we can do, we will request a higher 
  resolution at a later date. 

  If we have to design the sign, there will be a design fee 
  and deposit required.
  If the sign is ordered, that fee will apply to the sign price.
  This is necessary for us, as some have taken the designs
  and then we never heard from them again. Many hours and days have 
  been lost, so we have to charge for our time. If you buy the sign
  that fee will be waived and applied to the final price.
